Job Title:
Concrete Superintendent
Summary:
Plans, budgets, and directs activities on concrete construction projects for commercial, industrial, and government applications. Oversees concrete supervisors and other personnel, coordinates with other superintendents, and works directly with the executive team. Responsible for the enforcement of company safety program and compliance with OSHA standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to lead and manage concrete personnel including concrete supervisors, finishers, and laborers
- Ensures team members are given clear directions and produce high quality work
- Ability to handle delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site.
- Ability to inspect and review work to insure compliance with code and to maintain a high degree of quality
- Responsible for the enforcement of the company safety program and compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain equipment
- Responsible for multiple job sites
- 3-5 years experience as a concrete superintendent
- Valid driver's license
- Drug Free
- Must have own hand tools and steel-toed boots
- Proper work attire
- Responsible for PPE
- Must pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (we are an e-verify employer)
- OSHA certification preferred
Job Title:
Concrete Finisher
Summary:
Plans, budgets, and directs activities on concrete construction projects for commercial, industrial, and government applications. Oversees concrete supervisors and other personnel, coordinates with other superintendents, and works directly with the executive team. Responsible for the enforcement of company safety program and compliance with OSHA standards.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience as a concrete finisher
- Must be skilled in concrete formwork, rebar installation and concrete finishing
- ACI certification preferred
- Must have own hand tools, steel-toed boots, and rubber boots
- Responsible for PPE
- Proper work attire
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Drug free
- Must pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (we are an e-verify employer)
